Will of John Rice In re This is the last Will and Testament of John Rice of Twillingate in the Northern District of the Island of Newfoundland, fisherman. I, John Rice being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding do hereby will devise and bequeath as follows:-
Dated at Twillingate aforesaid on this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty One.
Signed by John Rice the Testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other at his request at the same time signed our names as witnesses - the same having been first read over and explained to the said Testator.
