In re
      JOHN RICE.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of John Rice of Twillingate in the Northern District of the Island of Newfoundland, fisherman.

I, John Rice being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding do hereby will devise and bequeath as follows:-

  1. I constitute and appoint Isaac J. Mifflen, at present of Twillingate - Stipendiary Magistrate as the Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

  2. Unto Percy Powell son of my present wife my dwelling house and contents including furniture and bedding and all land surrounding and connected therewith situate at Twillingate.

  3. Unto my wife Susan all the money that may be due and owing me in Banks and also whatever money I may have in my dwelling house or elsewhere at the time of my death - Also unto my said wife all the rest and residue of every description of my said Estate.

  4. I revoke all former distribution of my said Estate and do declare this paper writing to be my last Will and Testament.

Dated at Twillingate aforesaid on this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty One.
