Will of Ann Redstone Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Ann Redstone. I hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made and I appoint William John Redstone my Grandson to be the executor of this my last will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath to my grandson William John Redstone those three houses situate on Bannerman Street in St. John's and at present occupied by me, by Mrs. Martin and by Mrs. Piercey and also that portion of a dwelling house or tenement occupied by one Cook and situate on Bannerman St. aforesaid. I also give devise and bequeath to my said grandson William John Redstone all the household furniture goods and chattels of which I may die possessed In witness whereof I have to this my last will and Testament set my hand this fifth day of February Eighteen hundred and ninety three. (Sgd) Ann her x mark Redstone. Signed by the Testatrix by making her mark hereto and acknowledged by her to be her last will and Testament in our presence, present at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses the said will having been first read over and explained.
