In re
      JOHN REDDY.       DECEASED.

THIS is the last will and testament of me John Reddy of Saint John's Carpenter.

1. I give and bequeath to my son Cyril Reddy my bedroom furniture which is at present in the dwelling house which I occupy No. 68 Barnes Road.
2. All the rest residue and remainder of my property and estate, lands. goods, moneys and effects I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Gertrude Lynch wife of James Lynch of Saint John's forever and absolutely.
3. I appoint the said Gertrude Lynch executrix of this my will.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 18^th day of January Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty Six.
