Will of James Raymond In re I James Raymond of Catalina Newfoundland do make and publish this as my last will and testament. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time made by me. I hereby appoint Alexander haynes to be the Executor of my will. I hereby direct my Executor to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my death. I hereby give and devise all my land and water side premises to my two Grand Sons James Raymond Haynes and William Franklin Haynes conjointly half to each with the proviso that James Raymond Haynes shall have the upper or South West half of my property with the dwelling house thereon. To my Grand Son William James Raymond I give and bequeath the sum of Twenty Dollars. To my daughter Mary Anna Haynes I bequeath the remainder of my money after all my bills shall have been paid. In witness whereof I hereto set my hand this 29th day of October the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and eighteen. JAMES RAYMOND. Signed by the said James Raymond the Testator in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses.
