In re
      ADAM RAMSAY       deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Adam Ramsay of Saint John’s, Newfoundland, Baker.    First. I desire that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid.    Second. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Emma Ramsay for her sole and absolute use and benefit all property moneys estate and effects of every description of which I shall die possessed. Third. I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will.    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 13^th day of June A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.    Adam Ramsay (LS)     Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence and the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.    (LS) Henry Henderson     (LS)    William Frew
