Last Will and Testament of
Selina Radford of St. John's
Spinster deceased.

      I Selina Radford of the town of St. John's Newfoundland Spinster, and being of sound mind do hereby give devise and bequeath to my two surviving sisters Mary Julia Smith and Isabella Ann Radford also my brother William Charles Radford an equal share of whatever property I die possessed of. And hereby appoint my brother the said William Charles Radford to be the sole executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have set my hand this twelfth day of December eighteen hundred and ninety five (sgd) Selina Radford. Signed Sealed published and declared by said Selina Radford as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof (sgd) Henry Roper.
