Will of Henry Radford from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 429 probate year 1889 Last will and Testament The will and Testament of Henry Radford. I hereby Henry Radford of the city of St. John's Newfoundland being of sound mind do will and bequeath my property and monies as follows. First I give and bequeath my houses in Water St. North side, the house on the east end to my sister Mrs Mary Ann Williams & the house at the west end to my sister Mrs. Lydia Murray, also I leave my portion of the property of the Water Side Premises to my two nephews Henry Thomas
Radford and Archibald Marius Radford. Also monies I have in the bank after my decease I will and bequeath to my sister Mrs. Lydia Murray. Also I appoint Mr. Alexander Parsons of St. John's to be my sole executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I hereunto sign my name on this 15th day of May A.D. 1888.
