Last Will and Testament of
Elizabeth Radford of St. John's
Spinster deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of Elizabeth Radford of the Western district of St. John's Newfoundland Spinster. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my three sisters and brother Mary Julia Smith, Selina Radford, Isabella Anne Radford, William Charles Radford to be equally divided between them share and share alike, hereby appointing William Charles Radford as executor of this my will. I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary depositions by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this Fifteenth day of October eighteen hundred and ninety five. (Sgd) Elizabeth x her mark Radford. Signed Sealed published and declared by said Elizabeth Radford as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof (sgd) Henry Roper (sgd) Theodore J.
