Will of Lavania A. Quintin, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 281 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

LAVANIA A. QUINTIN.

This is the last will and testament of me Lavania A. Quintin of Harbour Grace in the colony of Newfoundland, spinster.
I first order and direct that all my just debts, Testamentary and funeral expenses be paid, after which I make the following dispositions of whatever moneys there may be to the credit of my estate;

  1. I give, devise and bequeath unto my nephew Thomas James Quintin THREE - SEVENTHS'.
  2. I give, devise and bequeath unto my niece Ethel F. Quintin-Penn THREE - SEVENTHS'.
  3. I give, devise and bequeath unto my grand-nephew Arthur Charles Penn ONE-SEVENTH.
  4. Should there be any rest, or residue, of my estate, I give and bequeath the same to the above named Thomas James Quintin; Ethel F. Quintin-Penn and Arthur Charles Penn, in the same proportions as in the foregoing bequests.
  5. And I hereby nominate and appoint my aforesaid nephew Thomas James Quintin as Executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I hereby Publish and Declare this as my last will and testament, at Harbour Grace aforesaid this Eighteenth day of June A.D. one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.
