In re
      Timothy Quigley          deceased.

      Last Will and Testament of Timothy Quigley (Mariner) In the name of God Amen.    I Timothy Quigley, mariner of St. John’s being of sound mind for which God be thanked, make this the subjoined, my last will and Testament, that is to say, I resign my soul to almighty God, from whom I received it.     when He in His infinite wisdom and Power calls upon me to do so
      Item, I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary Turner and Margaret Quigley all title and interest in my dwelling House, No 128, situated in Bond Street in the city of St. John’s to be held conjointly, and share alike, without interference from any person or persons.
Item. I bequeath all other properties, such as furniture beds bedding jewelry etc. etc. to my daughter Margaret Quigley. I make this my last will, fearing that owing to the dangers of my avocations or through illness in a foreign port. I may not be permitted to make such final arrangements in disposing of my earthly effects, as I have above and in witness of which I herewith subscribe my name Signed Timothy his x mark Quigley Witnesses H. F. Shortis     Stephen Hartery Saint John’s    April 21st 1902.
