Will of William Pynn In re William Pynn deceased This is my last will & Testament. I leave to my wife for her use during her lifetime all my property and at her death it shall be divided between the surviving children - William his x mark Pynn - signed Published Declared by the said Testator as for his last will & Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
