Last will and Testament
of Ann Purchase
of Lamaline Widow, Deceased.

This is the last will and Testament of me Ann Purchase of Lamaline widow. I give and bequeath all my share and interest in the landed property at Lamaline bequeathed by my late husband Thomas Purchase to my son Richard and me equally to my sons Albert and Robert share and share alike. I bequeath to my said sons Albert and Robert in equal shares all my share and interest in the farm stock cattle and effects held by me and my said son Richard. I bequeath the money now standing to my credit on the books of Messrs Athertace Hughes and company, St. Pierre, and which I am about to withdraw from their hands for another investment, to my son Richard and my daughter Edith Mary, share and share alike to each absolutely, and for his and her sole and separate use. I appoint my said son Richard executor of this my last will. Witness my hand at Lamaline aforesaid this 5^th day of August A.D. 1878 Ann her x mark Purchase Signed published and declared by the said Ann Purchase as and for her last will in presence of (having first been read over and explained) J.
