Will of James John Purcell from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 123 probate year 1927 In re This is the last will and testament of me, James John Purcell of Kilbride in the Electoral District of St. John's West, Farmer made by me on this the third day of August, A.D. 1927. I bequeath my farm at Kilbride upon which I now live together with all erections thereon to my wife Elizabeth Purcell. I also leave her all stock, cattle farming utensils and everything I possess upon the said farm. I will & bequeath the land known as "Stanleys" on the northern side of the Bay Bulls Road to my son James Purcell. My wife shall give to each of my daughters, Alice Purcell, Mary Purcell and Kitty Purcell, the sum of two hundred dollars each upon their attaining the age of twenty one years and such payments until satisfied shall be a charge upon my farm. I leave the residue of my estate to my wife Elizabeth Purcell and appoint her executrix of this my will. JAMES PURCELL CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
