Will of John Prowse Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and testament of me John Prowse of St. John's Chemist I will and bequeath to my two sons Samuel Prowse late of St. John's and now in the United States and John Prowse Tinsmith of St. John's and my daughter Susanna Grace now in the United States I bequeath to them in equal shares the residue of my property to be sold and equally divided among them after all my lawful debts are paid and to my brother William Prowse Tinsmith I will and bequeath the English eight day clock and I appoint as executors to this my last will and testament my nephew Wm English and request that he shall carry out the instructions which I have given him for the execution of this my last will. Witness my hand at St. John's aforesaid this eighteenth day of December Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety five. (Sgd) John Prowse. Signed published and declared as and for my last will in the presence of us who in the presence of the testator and of each other have witnessed the same. (Sgd) William Harris. (Sgd) E. S.
