Will of Charles Hicks Prowse In re Charles Hicks Prowse deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Charles Hicks Prowse of St.
John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Engineer. I give devise and bequeath
unto my son Charles Samuel Prowse all and singular whatsoever lands goods
chattals monies and effects I may die possessed of to hold the same in
his own right absolutely and for ever. And I nominate and appoint my said
son Charles Samuel Prowse to be the sole executor of this my last will
and testament. Correct (In the margin next to this will the following)
