In re Charles Hicks Prowse deceased.
This is the last will and testament of me Charles Hicks Prowse of St.
John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Engineer. I give devise and bequeath
unto my son Charles Samuel Prowse all and singular whatsoever lands goods
chattals monies and effects I may die possessed of to hold the same in
his own right absolutely and for ever. And I nominate and appoint my said
son Charles Samuel Prowse to be the sole executor of this my last will
