In re
Joseph Prim deceased.
This is the last will and testament
of me Joseph Prim of Saint John’s in the Island
of Newfoundland Cooper.
First I devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife
Hannah all my property estate and effects of every description
whatsoever and wheresoever situate for the term of her natural life.
Secondly I devise and bequeath unto my children Mathew and Regina in
equal shares the property estate and effects set forth in the first bequest
herein after the death of my said wife Hannah. To Hold the same unto the my said children Mathew and Regina upon
the determination of my said wife Hannahs interest for
ever.
Thirdly I hereby appoint my said wife Hannah executrix of this
my last will and testament.
Fourthly:-
I hereby give unto my said wife Hannah full power and authority to sell
any portion or all of my property and in the event of a sale taking place
the interests or shares of my wife Hannah and my children Matthew and
Regina will be the same as those stated in the first
and second bequests herein.
I hereby
revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. In witness
whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at Saint John’s aforesaid
this 31st day of March A.D. 1908 Joseph Prim Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in
the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence
of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. George
