In re
      WALTER J. POWER.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Walter Power of William of Outer Cove Newfoundland. Farmer.

1^st. I will that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my executor hereafter appointed.

2^nd. I will and bequeath the farm, tools dwelling house Stable furniture fishing property and all other goods and things of which I shall die possessed to my brother Patrick J. Power to have hold and enjoy forever.

3^rd. I appoint my said brother Patrick to be the executor of this my last Will and testament.

Dated at St. John’s this tenth day of October A.D. 1926.
