Last will and Testament of
Sarah Power of St. John’s
Spinster deceased

      This is the last will and Testament of me Sarah Power of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Spinster.
1. I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate.
2. I give and bequeath to Mary Ann Fitzgerald of St. John’s widow of John Fitzgerald of same place Cooper deceased the Executrix of this my will hereinafter appointed all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate property and effects of every description to be expended by her in masses for the repose of my soul.
3. I appoint the said Mary Ann Fitzgerald Executrix of this my will witness my hand at St. John’s Newfoundland this Sixteenth day of July A.D. 1895. (Sgd) Sarah Power Signed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) Thomas A. O’Neill (sgd) William O D Kelly
