I Michael Power of Wm. in the District of Feerland, being of sound mind and memory, and understanding do make my last will and testament in number and form following.
First. I bequeath that my debts be fully paid to The Monroe Export Co Ltd of St John's Nfld and also the Tor's Cove Trading Co Ltd
Second. My property consists of house and effects land, stable and all thereon, also traps Motor Engine, and Trap Skiff, also fittings at present situated at Tor's Cove in the District of Ferryland.
Third. I hereby direct and empower my Executor to sell and dispose of the above property as soon as practicable after my death to the highest bidder.
Fourth. I hereby appoint Michael A. Shea of St John's Nfld Executor of my last will and testament.
In witness thereof whereof I Michael Power of Wm. the testator have to this my last will and testament, set my hand and my seal, this 23^rd day of August 1930.
Fifth. After my debts have being fully paid, I bequeath that my executor pay to my wife, Elisa Power the sum of $10.00 per month until all of the value of my estate has been expended.
