In re DECEASED.
MARGARET POWER.
This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Power of Saint John's Widow.
- I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Dupius of Moncton New Brunswick
in the Dominion of Canada the sum of fifty dollars, to my daughter Mary Connors
wife of Timothy Connors of Boston in the State of Massachusetts in the United
States of America the sum of fifty dollars, to my sister Anastatia Fitzgerald
wife of William Fitzgerald of Blackhead in the island of Newfoundland the sum
of fifty dollars, to my brother Thomas Tobin of Saint John's in the Island
aforesaid Carpenter the sum of fifty dollars, to my brother James Tobin of
Saint John's aforesaid Labourer the sum of fifty dollars.
- I give and bequeath to Reverend Harold Summers to be expended in Masses
for the repose of my soul the sum of one hundred dollars.
- All the rest residue and remainder of my moneys property and estate of every
description I give devise and bequeath to Mamie Tobin wife of Thomas Tobin of St. John's aforesaid Carpenter.
- I appoint the said Mamie Tobin executrix of this my will.
WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 24th day
of March Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty eight.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said testatrix as
and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request
in her presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same
time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
