Last will and testament.

I Edward Power being ill of body but sound of mind do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I give and bequeath unto James Rose my house and household effects my garden known as Billy's Hill and land on which my house stands and is surrounded by.
Signed this 7^th day of August A.D. 1915.
