Will of Edward Power, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 233 probate year 1930 IN RE. DECEASED EDWARD POWER Last will and testament. I Edward Power being ill of body but sound of mind do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I give and bequeath unto James Rose my house and household effects my garden known as Billy's Hill and land on which my house stands and is surrounded by.
Witness to his mark Edward O'Brien Above has been read over to the said Edward Power and fully understood by him witnesses
