Will of Charles Power from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 425 probate year 1929

In re       DECEASED.
      CHARLES POWER.

This is the last will and testament of me, Charles Power of Brigus Conception Bay Newfoundland made this fifth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.
I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions made by me at any time heretofore.
I appoint my son Charles J. Power to be sole executor of this my will and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my son Charles J. Power the sum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1500.00) for the support and education of his children and to have at least, two requiem Masses each year for the repose of my soul
I also give to my son Charles J. Power my house and land situate at Brigus.
I give and bequeath unto my wife Margaret Power the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) also any sum due me from my pension. I direct her to have two low masses for my repose during her life, each year.
I give to my sister Margaret one hundred dollars ($100.00) she is also to have two low masses each year.
Any balance not appropriated I give to my son Charles J. Power.
CHARLES POWER.
Signed by the said testator Charles Power in presence of us, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
