In re
CATHERINE POWER.
DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Mary Power, widow of Matthew
T. Power, of St. John's, Newfoundland and I revoke all former wills by me made.
I appoint and nominate Margaret Kearney sole executrix of this my Will.
I give devise and bequeath unto the said Margaret Kearney all my estate of
every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate for her absolute use and
benefit.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand by making my mark at
St. John's aforesaid this the 21st day of April 1926.
CATHERINE MARY her X mark POWER.
Signed by the Testatrix as and for her last Will by making her mark in our
presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses the said will being first read over to Testatrix
who understood the same perfectly.
