CATHERINE POWER

This is the last will and testament of me, Catherine Power of St John's Newfoundland, widow and I revoke all wills formerly by me made.
I hereby appoint and nominate Ellie Cole, my second cousin, residing at the Torbay Road in St John's aforesaid sole executrix of this my last will. I give devise and bequeath all the property and estate I shall die possessed of and wheresoever situate to the said Ellie Cole absolutely and forever upon condition that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses are first paid.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand to this my last will at St John's aforesaid this 4^th day of March 1929.
