Will of Alice Power In re In the name of God Amen I Alice Power of Topsail Road St. John’s widow make this my last will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved brother Edward O’Neill, all my part of the House on Topsail Road in which I now reside, with all my right and interest therein To Hold the same during his life time and after his death the same shall be the property of my grandnephew John O’Neil son of my nephew Laurence O’Neil. Dated at St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland this 28th day of February A.D. Eighteen hundred and ninety four. Alice Power.
