Will of William S. Pope Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me William S. Pope of St. John's Newfoundland, Blacksmith made this tenth day of November A.D. 1893. I give devise and bequeath all my property and Estate both real and personal unto my wife Mary Ann Pope for her sole and absolute use and benefit excepting only my piano which I hereby bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Pope. And I hereby appoint my wife executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I subscribe my hand hereto and declare the foregoing to be my last will and Testament (sgd) Wm S. Pope. Signed Published and declared by the said testator in our presence who in his presence and at his request hereto subscribe ourselves as witnesses. (Sgd) Edward Botwood, Clerk in Holy Orders. (Sgd) Allan C. Knight I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William S. Pope deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
