Will of Charles Pippy In re This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Pippy of Pouch Cove in the District of St. John’s East, General Dealer. I appoint my son, Nathaniel and my daughter Jessie Mildred, Executors of this my last will and testament. I give, devise and bequeath everything of which I shall die possessed, upon trust: 1. After payment of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses out of my personal property, to hold all my lands and remaining personal property for the sole use and benefit of my wife, Jessie Ann Pippy during the term of her natural life. 2. Upon the death of my said wife, Jessie Ann Pippy;
As I have already made advances to my married daughters, Elizabeth McKnight and Lucy Easterbrook I make no provision for them in this my last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s, this seventh day of September, A.D. 1920. CHARLES PIPPY. Signed, Published and declared by the Testator as and for his last Will
