Will of Joshua Pike In re I Joshua Pike of St. John’s N.F.L.D. being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that is to say I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Lavinia Julia Pike the House and Land situated on Water Street in the town of Carbonear, also my interest in and to part of the land on the water side of Water Street Carbonear and formerly the property of the late John Legg. Also my right title and interest in and to all the property situated at the Beach Carbonear and willed to me by my father Francis Pike, also all the household furniture and other items not particularly named In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twentieth day of March A.D. 1897 Joshua Pike Signed published and declared by Joshua Pike as his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request have signed as witnesses of the same Giles Taylor.
