In re
      JAMES PIKE of Francis.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, James Pike of Francis of Carbonear, in the Island of Newfoundland.

I will devise and bequeath all property by me possessed, both real and personal, to my wife Susannah Pike, and I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint the said Susannah Pike Executrix to this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirtieth day of March in the year of Our Lord, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
