Last Will and Testament
I Deborah Pike of Channel in the District of Burgeo & LaPoile Newfdland
being of sound mind & memory do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament in manner & form following that is to say
(1) I give devise and bequeath to my son William Pike my property consisting
of Dwelling house and land, and in the event of his death without issue, said
House and land to become the property of my Grand son Eliol Ransom Pike, son
of Wallace Pike -
2. I hereby appoint my son Wallace Pike sole executor of this my last Will
and Testament -

Signed by the Testatrix in our presence, and declared by her to be her last
Will and Testament, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have
hereunto set our hand this Ninth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand
Nine hundred and Nineteen as witnesses thereof.
