Will of Jessie Piercey from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 506 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Jessie Piercey of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, Married Woman. I revoke all former
wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my husband William, and the Eastern
Trust Company the Executors of this my will. I will and direct that my just
debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid out of my
estate. I give and bequeath all the property of any kind whatsoever, of which
I may die possessed to my said husband, William for his own use absolutely. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
