JESSIE PIERCEY.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Jessie Piercey of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, Married Woman. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my husband William, and the Eastern Trust Company the Executors of this my will. I will and direct that my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid out of my estate. I give and bequeath all the property of any kind whatsoever, of which I may die possessed to my said husband, William for his own use absolutely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this third day of February March in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty one.
