      Richard P. Phippard         deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Richard P. Phippard of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Mason.
one. I hereby revoke all wills and Testamentary dispositions of any kind whatsoever heretofore by me made.
Two. I give devise and bequeath all my property to my wife Ellen Mary Phippard, and I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this twenty-sixth day of January Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and eleven Richard Phippard     Signed by the said testator, in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.     Jas.
