Last Will and Testament
of
Mansfield petipas.
I, Mansfield Petipas, of Whitbourne, District of Trinity Newfoundland, Carpenter and farmer, being of sound mind and body, do declare this to be my last will and testament.
I give, devise, and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my son Peter Joseph Petipas, his heirs and assigns, absolutely and forever, hereby appointing him the sole executor of this my will.
I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal this twenty fourth day of February Anno Domini 1913

Signed, sealed, published and declared by said Mansfield Petipas as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names and set our seals as witnesses to the execution hereof.
