The last Will of
Henry W. Perry late of Brigus, Steward.
I Henry Williamson Perry of Brigus Conception Bay, Newfoundland do make and
ordain this my last will and testament in the manner and form following viz.
All my real and personal estate whatsoever I give and bequeath to my beloved
wife Mary Jane Perry for the support and maintenance of herself and my daughter
Janet Perry, so long as my daughter remains unmarried; and after my wifes death
or in the event of her marrying again the said estate or residue thereof is
to go to my daughter Janet Perry and in the event of her marrying and having
children then after her death to go to the said children.
My said
estate consisting chiefly of dwelling house and land now occupied by me with
all my household effects a garden near Beaver Pond monies on deposit in the
Bank of Montreal St. John's; a third interest in my late brother George
Frederick Perry's estate at Halifax, Nova Scotia; monies left and due me by the Perry family in England.
I give to my daughter Janet Perry the cabinet
organ for her own use and benefit with the knowledge and approval of the executor
my wife Mary Jane Perry may at any future time dispose of part of the land
or property mentioned in this will should it be deemed advisable or should
it be necessary for her to do so, towards her support.
I appoint J. P. Thompson, Stipendiary Magistrate executor
of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this twelfth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and two. Henry

Williamson Perry as and for his last will and testament in the presence
of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of
