Will of Elizabeth Perry from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 505-506 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament I Elizabeth Perry of Catalina being in an infirm state of bodily health consider it prudent and proper to make this my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to my son Benjamin the money now on deposit in my name in the Union Bank of Nfld. also all my clothing or other property in my possession whatsoever, and my right to any and all property that is mine according to law. I appoint my said son my executor. Given under my hand this 8th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & ninety Elizabeth Perry her x mark witness of this last will and testament of Elizabeth Perry signed at Catalina on this eighth day of Feb. 1890 W. Norman Snelgrove. Isaac J. Mifflin. Registrar
