Will of Richard A. Penney The last Will of Richard A. Penney Hearts Content July 20, 1898 Know all men by these presents that I Richd A. Penney of Hearts Content in the Island of Newfoundland being this day in good health sound of mind and memory doth bequeath to my son J.W. Penny one half my property situate at Hearts Content the other half to my grandson William John Penny Eaton consisting of dwelling house outhouses stores wharf and all lands in connection therewith known as my Gardens meadow grounds and all other property to me belonging to be equally divided between Jethro William & William John Penny Eaton and to my daughter Dorcas Gardiner one dollar to my daughter Fannie Earle one dollar to Janet Blackler my daughter one dollar to my daughter Naomie Amelia Eaton one dollar current money of this Land None of the above named property to be taken out of the possession of my wife during her life without her consent and my watch to my grandson Richard I. Gardiner This is my last will and Testament. Rich A. Penny I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will of Richard A. Penny D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
