Will of Timothy Pelley Senior Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Timothy Pelley Senior of Hants Harbour Planter. I give and bequeath the whole of my Estate real and personal to my two sons Richard and Reuben in equal portions share and share alike for their and each of their sole and absolute use and benefit for ever subject however to the condition and trust that they shall support and maintain my wife Elizabeth should she survive me during her life. And that her support and maintenance shall be a first charge upon the said property. And I appoint my said son Reuben Executor of this my will. Dated at St. John’s this thirty first day of August A.D. 1883. (Sgd) Timothy his X mark Pelley. Signed and delivered by the said Timothy Pelley as and for his last will in the presence of (having first been read over and explained to the said Timothy Pelley) (Sgd) J.S. Winter. (Sgd) Jas. J.
