Last Will and Testament of Diana Pearce
late of Petty Harbor widow of Josiah Pearce

This is the last will and testament of me Diana Pearce of St. John's widow of the late Josiah Pearce late of Petty Harbor Fisherman made this twelfth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty two. I give devise and bequeath to my unmarried daughter Mary Ann Pearce her heirs and assigns for ever all my real Estate situated in Petty Harbor aforesaid. My clock I give to my son Josiah In witness whereof I have hereunto at my hand the day and year above written.
