Last Will and Testament of Diana Pearce
This is the last will and testament of me Diana Pearce of St. John's widow of the late Josiah Pearce late of Petty Harbor Fisherman made this twelfth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty two. I give devise and bequeath to my unmarried daughter Mary Ann Pearce her heirs and assigns for ever all my real Estate situated in Petty Harbor aforesaid. My clock I give to my son Josiah In witness whereof I have hereunto at my hand the day and year above written. Diana Pearce (her mark) X Signed and declared by the said testator as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other and at her request have subscribed ourselves as witnesses- Joseph Pearce. Mary Ann (her mark) X Chafe.
