In re ANDREW J. PEARCE. DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of ANDREW J. PEARCE of Twillingate,
in the District of Twillingate, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Retired.
I, Andrew J. Pearce being of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding
do hereby will devise and bequeath as follows:-

Unto my son John D. the dwelling house I own and possess situate
and being in Twillingate aforesaid, together with all land and
waterside and other houses in connection therewith; also the furniture
(save and except what I afterwards mention herein) in my dwelling house,
to include bed and bedding-provided nevertheless that my wife
Lucy A. shall have the use of sufficient rooms and furniture in said
dwelling house during her natural life; also all that piece or parcel
of land situate and being in Back Harbour, Twillingate; also two Telescopes
(spy-glasses) one cornet and one violin.

Unto my wife Lucy A. the organ now in my dwelling house.

Unto my daughter Anna Bella, now of Toronto, in the Dominion
of Canada, the small English harmonium or organ in my dwelling
house.

Unto Mrs. M. W. Knapp, one of the Trustees of the Pentecostal
Mission, Cincinnati, Ohio, for her only proper use and benefit
the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

Unto Mrs. Carrie Judd Montgomery, Beulah Heights, Oakland,
California, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

Unto Myron Chapman Pearce-an adopted son of my
wife-now of St. John’s
the sum of One Hundred Dollars for his only personal use
and benefit.

Unto my wife Lucy A. and my son John D. and my two daughters,
namely Anna Bella, and Agnes R. all the books in my dwelling
house, the family pictures, money in Bank and on hand, money
secured by investment and loans, and all the rest and residue
of my said estate of every description whatever, after paying
my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses-share and
share alike.

I nominate constitute and appoint Messrs Arthur Colbourne and Edward
J. Linfield as executors of this my last Will
and Testament - And at the same time I revoke all former wills
at any time heretofore made by me, and do declare this writing
to be my last Will and Testament.
Dated at Twillingate aforesaid this Ninth day of September in the
year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twenty Five.
