Will of John Peach from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 535 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. I John Peach of Peach Town, Foxtrap District of Harbour Main being of sound
mind do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I give and bequeath
to my wife Emma Peach and to my son Albert Peach my house and land and all
that I own, both on the Peach Town Road and also in the marsh including everything
alive in the barns and stable and eighteen sheep on the hills, also two carts
and one express, one plough and every other implement I own anywhere also my
share in the three boats on the beach to be owned jointly by them after my
death each having equal share, neither being able to dispose of any part thereof
without the consent of the other, nor to do anything whatsoever with any part
without the consent of the other, and I appoint George Fagan, Peach Town Road
my executor.
