Will of Thomas Payne
from Newfoundland will books volume 13 page 523 probate year 1927

In re
      THOMAS PAYNE.     DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of Thomas Payne - Curling - Newfoundland

I will and bequeath to my wife Florence Payne & my children Bernice - Stewart & Nora my house & property together with the proceeds of my life insurance

All my property shall be in charge of my wife.

In case of my wife marrying again she shall have as her portion a fourth part of my life insurance and a fourth part of my land.

The House shall be the property of my son Stewart - the remaining two parts of my land shall be the possession of my two daughters Bernice and Nora

I also appoint my wife to be the sole Executor of this my last will and testament.
