Last Will and Testament of
Thomas H. Paton of St. John's
Shopkeeper deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Thomas H. Paton of Saint John's Shopkeeper. I give devise and bequeath all my property estate and effects of every description of which I shall die possessed to my wife Isabella Paton for her sole and absolute use and benefit for ever. I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will. Dated at St. John's this fifth day of November A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety two. (Sgd) Thomas H. Paton. Witness all present at same time with testator (sgd) J. N. Cleary. (Sgd) Fred. W. Knight

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Thomas Paton deceased
