WILL OF EDWARD PARSONS,     HARBOR GRACE

MARCH 1st. 1928

I BEQUEATH TO:

  1. My wife Elizabeth B. Parsons:

    1. One Thousand Dollar ($1000.00) Policy in the Imperial Life Assurance Co.

    2. The Dwelling House and Furniture on Bannerman Street during her life, and on her decease to become the property of my son Kenneth, on condition that it is to be considered a home, by Susie and Gertie if they so desire, until they marry.

    3. One Thousand Dollar ($1000) Government Bonds which are held in the Bank as Colateral. The balance of the Bonds Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to be used towards payment of amount due the Bank by the business

  2. To my children Nellie Barker - Maysie Marcy - R.T. Parsons - W.H. Parsons - E.G. Parsons and Alex E. Parsons: One Thousand Dollar ($1000) Life Policy in the Confederation Life Assurance Co. The beneficeries of which are: My late wife Susainah T. Parsons and her Children above named - to be divided equally.

  3. To my children: Cecil - Susie - Kenneth and Gertie Policy No. 25436 in the Canada Life Assurance Co. to be divided equally.

  4. To my son Reuben:
    (a) The house, shop, store and Photograph rooms on the West end of the       block on Water Street.
    (b) Stock in trade in the Cabinet and Undertaking business.
    (c) The middle shop in block built by Edward Carsons.
    (d) The land at rear of both stores mentioned in A and C.

  5. My interest in Mining claims to be equally divided between my wife and ten children.

  6. Amounts due me by my children are hereby cancelled.

TO CARRY OUT MY WISHES AS OUTLINED ABOVE, I HEREBY APPOINT MY SONS;
