      CATHERINE PARSONS.       DECEASED.

I, Catherine Parsons of New Harbour, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland, widow of Moses Parsons, late of New Harbour, aforesaid, deceased, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament, Viz:
I give and bequeath to my nephew, Charles York Newhook Giles all my real and personal estate, including Lands with all erections thereon and everything else formerly held in the name of my late husband Moses Parsons; also all Household effects remaining at the time of my decease; all debts and testamentary expenses are to be paid out of said estate.
I hereby appoint John Newhook Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand at New Harbour, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland, this Twenty sixth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
