Will of Alfred Parsons The last Will of Alfred Parsons late of
This is the last will and testament of me Alfred Parsons of St. John's now residing at "Jubilee Cottage" Forest Road I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Alfrida all the property both real and personal of every description of which I may die possessed to hold the same to her absolutely and for ever It is my will and desire that my son Theodore shall reside with my said daughter in "Jubilee Cottage" so long as she may wish upon a payment to her annually during such residence of the sum of sixty dollars I appoint Henry J. B. Woods Esquire and Andrew C. Blackwood Esquire Senior executors of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 7th day of August A.D. 1897. Alfred Parsons - Signed by the said Alfred Parsons as his last will in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Arthur W. Knight - Jas P. Blackwood. I certify that the foregoing is a correct copy of the will of Alfred Parsons deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
