Will of William John Reynolds Parwell from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 424 probate year 1889 Last will and Testament This is the last will and Testament of me William John Reynolds Parnell of Saint John's Newfoundland Merchant. I bequeath the whole of my estate real and personal to my executors hereinafter named upon the following trusts and conditions viz: - I desire that the yearly interest arising out of any monies of which I shall die possessed or accruing to my estate shall be paid to my wife to hold and apply the said yearly incomes or interest for the joint support of and maintenance of herself and my children until her death. Upon her death I desire that the said monies shall be equally divided among such of my said children as shall be living at the time of her death. Should any of my children die before my wife's decease and leave issue the share accruing to said child or children shall be paid to said child or children's survivors. The foregoing bequest is subject to the following directions viz: - I desire that the sum of one thousand dollars shall be set apart and invested and paid to my wife at any time she may require the said one thousand dollars. I appoint my brother Frederick Gill Adam Parnell and James Jennings Winsor of St. John's master mariner executors of this my last will. Chief Clerk and Registrar
