      Azariah Parmiter.       DECEASED.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Azariah Parmiter of St. John's West, Carpenter, made by me on this the Thirty First day of October A.D. 1927.
I desire that all my property, land, houses, on Gilbert Street, St. John's and everything I possess be sold by my executor and devoted to the following purposes:-
1. Payment of all my debts.
2. The sum of One Hundred Dollars to be given to the Rector of St. Michael and All Angels to be used by him at his discretion for the benefit of his Parish.
3. The residue to be divided amongst my four children namely Elizabeth Parmiter, John Parmiter, Elizabeth William Parmiter and Edna Parmiter. Should any of these children predecease me, their shares are to be divided equally between the remaining children mentioned above and St. Michaels Church to be used by the Rector of the Church as in Paragraph 2.
I hereby appoint the Reverend T. Greavett to be executor.

Signed Published and Declared by the testator as and for his last will by making his mark (it having been first read over and explained to him) in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
