In re       DECEASED.
      PETER DANKS PARK.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS.

This is the last will and testament of me Peter Danks Park of Botwood in the electoral district of Twillingate Newfoundland, Master Mechanic made this 16th day of June A.D. 1926.

I hereby appoint the Eastern Trust Company to be the executor and trustee of and under this my last will.

I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after my death as may be convenient.

I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real and personal of every nature and kind and wheresoever situate unto my trustee upon the following trusts namely:-
(1) To convert the same into money as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
(2) To pay thereout the following legacies; to my sisters, Mrs Fanny McCully Truro, Nova Scotia, Mrs Annie Slack, East Folly Mountain Nova Scotia, Mrs Rebecca Murdock Montreal and Sarah Park, Truro Nova Scotia two thousand dollars each.
(3) To invest and keep invested all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate in such securities as trustees are by law allowed to invest trust funds, and to pay the income thereof to my wife during her life.
(4) From and after the death of my wife, to divide all my estate equally among my four sisters aforementioned and my nephew Horatio Patrick St John's.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of June 1926.
