Will of Peter Pardy In re This is the last Will and Testament of me Peter Pardy of Catalina District of Trinity Newfoundland, this the twenty third day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and fifteen. (1) I give and bequeath to my daughter Rachel Gudger that
land on which her house is erected together with the following: all the
land lying between the house and William Blundens land
- which is marked by the fence; thirty feet of land (2) Its my wish that my daughter Rachel Gudger remain in the my house - unless she desires otherwise - until her own house is ready to receive her (3) All the remaining property, house, lands chattels and goods I bequeath equally to my two sons William and John. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year above written
