MARY D. OWENS

This is the last will and testament of me, Mary Daley Owens of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, widow, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made;
After the payment of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath to Catherine Daley widow of my deceased brother Laurence my dwelling house situate on Gower Street and in which I now reside during her life and upon her death to my niece Mary Daley daughter of the said Catherine Daley. I give devise and bequeath to my said niece Mary Daley my interest in the land situate Mullock Street in St John's aforesaid the income arising therefrom to be applied in the celebration of Masses for the repose of my soul also the souls of my father, mother and my brother Laurence.
The residue of my estate and effects I give devise and bequeath to the said Catherine Daley.
I appoint Matthew White of St John's aforesaid Executor of this my will.
Dated at St John's this 29^th day of July A.D. 1927.
